一、项目内容：建一座贮藏容积为5500立方米，贮藏量为5000吨的大型气调冷藏库，通过气调与冷藏工艺，达到延迟鲜枣后熟和衰老，保持鲜枣的风格和品质。项目总投资1710万元，其中土建、设备等基础设施建设投资1346万元，运行费用投资364万元。拟引进资金1000万元。

　　二、建设条件：行唐县红枣资源丰富，栽植面积达60万亩，常年产量8000万公斤，产值8亿多元。行唐大枣具有皮薄、个大、肉厚、核小、可食率高等特点，品质优良。鲜枣含糖量在38%以上，富含Vc、VB1、VB2等多种对人体有益的维生素和微量元素、矿物质，深受人们喜爱，是系列产品加工的极佳原料。行唐县环境优美，交通便利，电力充足，信息传递快捷，便于商家投资。

　　三、项目单位概况：县林业局现有林业、果树、园艺、育苗等专业技术人员160余人，从事果品开发、果品深加工产品开发等专业人员28人。全县现有红枣系列加工厂300余家，红枣专业交易市场5个，红枣产业中介机构1个，中介人200余名。雄厚的技术力量，丰厚的红枣资源，为林业局红枣实业总公司的发展奠定了基础。

　　四、市场预测及经济效益分析：该项目的建设，有利于行唐红枣产业基地的发展，同时为周边地区乃至北方红枣产业提供一个贸易平台。项目建成后，年储藏红枣5000吨，年产值862万元，扣除10%的设备折旧费134.6万元及364万元的运行费，纯收入363.4万元。

　　The project of Air-controlled Cold Storage for Chinese Date

　　(红枣气调冷库)

　　1. Content of project

　　A big cold storage is planned to be built, volume is 5500 cube meters, volume of storage is 5000 Tons. The Date will be keep in fresh and make it dry lately through air control and cold storage. Total investment is 17.1 millions Yuan,13.46 millions Yuan will be sued in construction and equipments, other investment is 3.64 millions Yuan , 10 millions Yuan will be planned to invite.

　　2. Condition of construction

　　There is enough material of Chinese Date in Xingtang county, planting area is 600 thousands Mu, general production is 80 millions kilos one year, output value is more than 0.8 billions Yuan . The Chinese Date in Xingtang county has the special character which is thin skin, big size, more pulp, small pit and high rate of using. Sugar content of fresh Date is more than 38%, especially the elements which the body must need---VC, VB1, VB2 so on. Xingtang county is a good place for investment base on it’s beautiful environment, convenient transportation and rich electricity.

　　There are 160 technicians working in the forestry, fruit tree , garden and grow seedlings, 28 special technicians on working development of the fruit and processing Date in Xingtang county. 5 Date markets and one commission organization , which have more than 300 person working , have already been built now. 　　The construction of this project is favorable to develop the base of Date, at same time it give a business platform near this place ever in North China. After being finished , the cold storage can store 5000 Tons Date one year, output value is 8.62 millions Yuan, net income is 3.634 millions Yuan, get rid of depreciation charge 1.346 millions Yuan at 10%, and other charge 3.64 millions Yuan.
